A finely crafted early 20th-century specimen cabinet showcasing elaborate marquetry and parquetry designs, incorporating a striking array of woods including oak, walnut, elm, boxwood, and satinwood.
The cabinet features four beautifully inlaid drawers with complex geometric motifs, alongside two open compartments where original drawers were once positioned.
Despite these absent drawers, the open sections lend a functional and visually balanced appeal to the piece.
This specimen cabinet remains in very good condition, exhibiting wear appropriate to its age.
A faint water ring is visible on the top surface, as shown in the photographs; however, this minor blemish could likely be mitigated with light refinishing should the new owner wish.
