Refunds & Returns

Eligibility: Purchases made online are eligible for return within 14 days of the receipt of goods. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item that you wish to return it. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item, starting from the date you notify us of your intention to return.
Return Shipping: It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for any return delivery charges if the item is not faulty.
Refund Issuance: A refund will be issued within 14 days of the item being returned, provided the item is in a refundable condition as described below.
Non-Refundable Delivery Costs: Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Customs Fees: Any customs fees or associated fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer

Damaged Items: Refunds will not be eligible if an item is purchased in a known and described damaged state or if any damage has occurred due to the following reasons:
- Removal of any labels or parts since purchase.
- Modification of patina.
- Damage caused by accident or through an attempt at repair.
Partial Refunds: Dependent on the damage caused, a partial refund may apply. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it is in a refundable condition.

Original Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition.
Packaging: Items should be returned in the original packaging or similar, secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Documentation: Include any original documentation or certificates that came with the item.
